1.What Types of Payments do you Accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Google Pay, Visa, Maestro, Paytm, PayPal, credit/debit cards and bank transfer payment methods.
2. How Long Will it Take for my Order to be Delivered?
We normally dispatch domestic orders from our storefront within 2-5 business days of receiving order confirmation. Depending on the delivery service provider's availability and location, the package will arrive between 7 - 20 days after dispatch.

3. How can I Track my Package?
Almost all of our items are supplied with tracking.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your order confirmation that includes all of the details of your purchase as well as a tracking number so that you can easily trace your shipment and keep track of it at all times. It may take up to 24 hours for shipment tracking to appear.

4. Where Should I Send my Returns?

5. Is It Possible to Cancel my Order?
Yes, is it possible to cancel your order. Read our cancellation, return and refund policy.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
YES, we deliver to more than 50 countries globally.
7. What Happens if you are not Present at the Time of Delivery?
We will notify you through phone call and SMS, when our delivery partner attempts to deliver your product.
If the first effort fails, a second try will be made within 24 hours. Following the second try, the delivery partner will hold your parcel for three days to get a response or instruction from the recipient before returning it to Super Creative Embroidery Shop.
8. Do you Provide Online Embroidery Training in Tamil?
Yes, we provide online embroidery workshops in 4 different languages; Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and English.
9. How to Personalize my Embroidery Gift?
Follow these steps to personalize your handmade gift:
1) Select the product you want customize
2) Complete these personal information list
* Couple Name
* Hoop Size – 12 inch or 14 inch
* Date of Wedding or Anniversary (DD/MM/YYYY)
Or
* Date of birthday
* Girl’s hairstyle ( bun, braid, long hair, curly, hair colour, open hairstyle Etc)
*Boy's hairstyle (hair colour, short hair, long hair, Etc.)
* Hoop decoration ( pearls, beads, golden lace border, silver lace border, sequins border, pom pom lace, with or without tassels, mirrors or artist’s choice)
3) Make the payment and you'll get a tracking number when your product is ready for shipping.

10. Can I Sell Your Free Embroidery Patterns?
