1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, covering major cities, towns, and select remote areas. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly after order placement.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80 flat rate for orders below ₹999.

  • Free Shipping: On orders of ₹999 and above.

  • Express Shipping (Optional): Additional charges applicable, based on location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: 7-9 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

    • Other Cities/Towns: 5-9 business days

    • Remote Areas: 8-12 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details. You can track your order status using the tracking link provided.

5. Courier Partners

We work with leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and India Post to ensure fast and safe deliveries.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes.

  • An additional fee of ₹50 may apply for COD orders.

  • We recommend verifying your contact number and address to avoid delivery issues.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver your package after two attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Address Modifications

Please ensure the shipping address is correct while placing the order. Address changes post-dispatch are not possible.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.

  • In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will initiate a replacement or refund based on investigation with the courier company.
