Refunds & Exchanges

We will try our best to help you.

1. If the product received is damaged or defective or broken, an instant exchange will be made, if the situation is brought to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product along with the damaged/broken product image or package opening video.

2. Products should be neatly packed and returned in its original condition and packaging.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refund will be issued for the damaged product in 3 to 7 business days via bank transfer or your preferred payment method.

4. If approved, a new product will be delivered out within 7 to 9 days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it; Once processed, you will receive your refund in 3 - 7 business days.

Customized Products / Personalized products

1. As personalized products are exclusively designed to satisfy a specific set of requirements of a customer (DOB, name, personal message, style, etc.) they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is finalized.

2. If you want any changes to be done to your personalized order, do share your requirements with us within 24 hours of placing your order.

1. The actual appearance (color) of the products may vary slightly from the image shown because each photograph is taken in a different lighting condition.

2. To give our customers more value, we make every effort to be as accurate as we can with precise product details, raw materials used in creating handcrafted items
